 Florida Hospital Apopka to Host Medicare Information Fair

WHAT:  On Dec. 3, Florida Hospital Apopka will host Serving Health Insurance Needs of Others (SHINE) to help educate community members about Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage Plans. SHINE, along with Florida Hospital physician Dr. Jason Salagubang will give presentations at the event.

BKGRD: Open enrollment for Medicare Part D runs from Nov. 15 to Dec. 31. Many times, people do not realize there may be a better plan option for their situation. Florida Hospital Apopka will host the event to provide a centralized location for community members to access SHINE. A variety of vendors will also be on site including Senior Resource Alliance.
